Can the Hawks comepete for the championship?

The Hawks have the whole world buzzing with their unbelievable play this season, but the number 1 question to ask is can the Hawks compete for the NBA championship? I think the hawks can compete for the NBA championship and heres why; while the hawks are at a steller 39-8 nobody on there team manages to avereage over 17 points a game. Now some might ask will that hurt the team in the post season without a scoring option to go to in crunch time? It might, but the Hawks are the true definition of team basketball they can also sit down on the defensive end and control the pace of the game. The Hawks are 1st in defense holding teams to 96.3 PPG and their 2nd in assists a game putting up 26.2 APG. They move the ball really well and create open looks for guys like Kyle Korver, Jeff Teague, Paul Millsap, and DaMarre Carrol while being able to throw the ball into the post to efficient scorers in Al Horford and Paul Millsap. A big reason why they are where they are in the conference is because they are a very versatile team, they can beat you in so many ways than 1. They can beat you one night by shooting the ball really well, the next night out they'll beat you by post production, and the next they'll beat you by defense having their opponents struggling to shoot the ball well. So yes i believe the Hawks has just as much chance as competing for the championship as others like the Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, and Toronto Raptors.
